Netmarble has officially launched a major crossover event for its popular mobile RPG, The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross (7DS), featuring characters from the hit comedy anime, KonoSuba: God’s Blessing on This Wonderful World! The collaboration, themed “7DS x KONOSUBA! God’s Blessing on This Wonderful Union!”, is now live and brings a wave of new heroes, story content, and in-game events to the world of Britannia.

This is a significant event for the gacha game community, merging the high-stakes fantasy of The Seven Deadly Sins with the chaotic humor of KonoSuba.

New SSR Heroes from the ‘KonoSuba’ Crew

The main cast of KonoSuba arrives in Grand Cross as powerful, limited-time SSR heroes, each reflecting their unique abilities and comedic nature from the anime:

  • [Arch Priest] Water Goddess Aqua: Debuting as the game’s first Light attribute collaboration hero.
  • [Arch Wizard] Crimson Demon Girl Megumin: Joins the fight with her signature explosive magic.
  • [Crusader] Knight Darkness: Brings her trademark devotion and resilience to battle.

These new heroes can be obtained through a special Pickup Draw, which features a guaranteed SSR hero at 300 Mileage and allows players to select one collaboration hero at 600 Mileage.

Event Content and Rewards

The collaboration is packed with limited-time activities that blend the two worlds:

  • World Event: “God’s Blessing on This Wonderful Union!”: Players are sent into a foggy forest to resolve chaos caused by an infestation of rampaging cabbages, a classic KonoSuba gag.
  • Event Boss Battle: Challenge the Giant Cabbage to earn valuable resources inspired by the KonoSuba world.
  • Minigame: “Sling Sling with Chomusuke”: A new minigame blending pinball and slingshot mechanics that rewards players with escalating prizes.
  • Free Rewards: A 14-day Check-In Event grants players up to 70 Diamonds, while Special Missions offer Pick-Up Tickets, Growth Materials, and Holy Relic Enhancement Chests.

System Improvements

Beyond the crossover content, Netmarble is also rolling out several convenience features and system improvements:

  • Support Heroes: Players can now utilize the top three rankers’ heroes from the Ranking Match as their Support Heroes in various in-game content, making high-level heroes more accessible.
  • New Player Perks: New and returning players receive more free continues when failing Main Stages.
  • New Artifacts: Ten new Chapter Artifact Sets have been added, and the batch hero training feature has been refined for more efficient roster management.
